The word that comes to mind for me is "deja-vu"?

I'll have to admit, being 11 again--especially after having done it once--is a bit of a trip. Even Satsuma-kun and his girly 70's hairstyle's turned younger!

There's something weird about all of this, though...Satsuma-kun and I regressed physically, but some of us have regressed mentally, too. If this is a virus, it's the oddest one I've ever seen.

No argument here... And now I have no idea what to call you, Mr. Yushima. It feels strange referring to someone that much younger than me by "Mr."
